Do I need a 200hr certification before joining the 300hr training?
Yes. This is an advanced program, so a completed 200hr Yoga Teacher Training (with Nydum or another Yoga Alliance-recognized school) is required before enrolling. If you're not sure your prior training qualifies, contact us and we'll confirm. You also have the option to enroll on the 500hr training

What's included in the price?
Your tuition includes 26 nights of accommodation in your chosen room option, 3 meals per day, use of all training facilities, and all course materials. Flights and personal expenses are not included.

What room options and prices are available?
We offer three options: a Quadruple Room (€4,000), a Twin Shared Room with a shared bathroom (€4,200), and a Single Ensuite Room (€4,600). All options include the same meals, facilities, and course materials.

Is the deposit refundable?
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your spot and is non-refundable, though it is transferable (for example, to a future training date). Full details are in our Terms and Conditions.

When does the 300hr training take place, and how long is it?
The program runs October 13 – November 5, 2026, as a 4-week intensive.

Where is the training held?
At Cal Maduixaire, Carrer del Castell s/n, 17253 Palamós, Girona — in the Costa Brava region of Spain, near Barcelona.

Is this training Yoga Alliance accredited?
Yes, our 300hr program is part of our Yoga Alliance RYS curriculum, building on your 200hr certification toward advanced teaching credentials.
