That’s why at Nydum, we offer a 35-hour Professional Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training Course focused on giving you the tools, knowledge, and self-assurance to lead both in-person and online classes for pregnant students.

During this week-long training, you’ll:

    • Gain a clear understanding of the physical and emotional changes that occur across all 40 weeks of pregnancy.

    • Learn how to adapt Yoga practices for each trimester with safety and effectiveness.

    • Understand how mindful Yoga can reduce labor duration and support postpartum recovery.

    • Practice using props, refine alignment cues, and structure classes with purpose and clarity.

    • Develop teaching skills in communicating confidently with pregnant students, using up-to-date gynecological insights.

Our prenatal yoga teacher training helps yoga teachers develop the knowledge, practical tools needed to teach prenatal yoga safely and effectively.

Upon successful completion of the Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training at Nydum, you will receive a 35-Hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training Certificate.

  • Yoga Alliance Continuing Education (YACEP)
    This course is registered with Yoga Alliance as Continuing Education, making it suitable for certified yoga teachers looking to expand their credentials.

    Certification Requirements: To receive your certificate, full attendance and participation throughout the training week are required, along with completion of all practical and theoretical components.

    Midwife: Part of the content of the training will be covered by a midwife that has been working on public hospitals as well as in private sectore with home births
