Prenatal Yoga is a dedicated practice designed to support pregnant women through all stages of pregnancy. As a Yoga teacher, feeling confident and empowered to guide women safely during this transformative time is essential.
That’s why at Nydum, we offer a 35-hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training Course focused on giving you the tools, knowledge, and self-assurance to lead both in-person and online classes for pregnant students.
During this week-long training, you’ll:
Gain a clear understanding of the physical and emotional changes that occur across all 40 weeks of pregnancy.
Learn how to adapt Yoga practices for each trimester with safety and effectiveness.
Understand how mindful Yoga can reduce labor duration and support postpartum recovery.
Practice using props, refine alignment cues, and structure classes with purpose and clarity.
Develop skills in communicating confidently with pregnant students, using up-to-date gynecological insights.
Confidence in teaching comes from understanding, not memorizing.
Learn to guide pregnant women with clarity and heart.

Upon successful completion of the Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training at Nydum, you will receive a 35-Hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training Certificate.
Yoga Alliance Continuing Education (YACEP)
This course is registered with Yoga Alliance as Continuing Education, making it suitable for certified yoga teachers looking to expand their credentials.Certification Requirements: To receive your certificate, full attendance and participation throughout the training week are required, along with completion of all practical and theoretical components.
