A professional burnout in the Hospitality Industry created the opportunity to be trained in Transformational Hatha Yoga by two of Swami Vidyanand’s trainers in 2016 and 2017. He has also explored the practice of Yin Yoga.

After having taught Hatha Yoga in his small studio in Northern Italy, since January 2018 Sal has led accessible Hatha, Yin and Restorative Yoga as well as meditation sessions to hundreds at the Amchara Health Retreat in Gozo while keeping exploring other Yoga lineages and styles as well as more modern approaches to mindfulness. He considers himself a lifelong student.

He has decided to join this January 2022 Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training at Nydum inspired by the encounter with Amelia in the occasion of last Nydum Prenatal Teacher Training.

He was thinking in how he could add value to the experience as he has already done other trainings he thought it would be nice to document his experience through this and would be super interesting to share it, a great reading for future students, to know what to expect, and not only show the highlights but more the reality of what means physically and emotionally to be in this training
